Versioned vanilla custom elements use 249 ISO territory records, official Google calling-code metadata and Unicode CLDR languages. Native select controls preserve keyboard and assistive-technology behavior. Search filters do not silently choose a new value.

Detection and manual choice

auto-detect, key and endpoint enable optional IP detection with a publishable key. Existing choices take priority. If detection fails, the control asks the visitor to choose manually. Listen for bubbling change events whose detail includes the country, value and calling code.

origooo-geo-banner offers a local country choice and an explicit redirect link from a developer-supplied redirect map. origooo-country-blocker renders an informational access-denied message. Real enforcement belongs in server middleware.
